It is the client responsibility to read , understand and agree to the Terms & Conditions of the following :
Deposits and Payments :
To secure your bookings a $100 deposit will be taken and it is non-refundable
Payments can be made via Bank transfer 5 DAYS before to the actual booked in date
We do not accept credit cards or personal cheques
Please be aware Without a deposit we are unable to secure the booking date and will be remain open for other clients to take.
Cancelations:
In the event that you have to cancel your booking due to unseen circumstances please allow us at least as much notice as you can via email or sms text .
The payment of the booking service will be refunded back to the original account of the Client that made the payment minus the $20 deposit.
The refund process will take 5-10 business days and will be notified via email
Students discounts : To able to get a Student Discounts the client must be a attend a high school
Making Changes to the booking:
If theres a change to the original booking e.g. add extra make and hair service or minus a hair or make up service
Get in contact with us and advise the changes so we can alter it accordingly if left too late or on the day of the booking we will advise the best possible outcome but will not guarantee the finished time or quality of our work.
Parking , Hotel Venues and Travel fees :
Client has full responsibility for our stylist parking availabilities, wether it is valet or parking meter it must be pay for by the client. We as our artist will charge travel fee to travel the venue and /or hotel in the final bill quote to the client .
Any updates of the venues and or hotel that may need to be organised or the stylist that may need to be made aware of, fall under the clients responsibility to notify us accordingly. e.g. set up station for hair and make up , access to powerpoint and break time areas
Hair and make trials :
Trials are paid on the trials date via cash or bank transfers
Hair and make up trials are booked on a weekday Monday – Friday, if the client request it on a weekends Sunday or Saturday will be subject to availability
We can arrange trial at our home office or travel to you but additional travel fee may apply
Trials are not compulsory but is highly recommended
We have the right to cancel and /or make changes to the booking of the trials if we sees fit due to accommodating any important circumstances that may arise.
Hair jewellery pieces ,flowers ,extensions and veils:
We are not providing any decorative to the hair for the trial or on the wedding date,It is the clients responsibility to provide this for us to use.We are not responsible for any damages or fall out of the hair pieces , flower or veils when placing in the clients hair.
If by chance the client hair may require hair extension for a particular hairstyle shown, Our stylist has the right to advise if it possible or not. If not the client will have to out source their own hair extensions. The quality of the hair extension should be human hair or able to with stand heat to be able to be use by the stylist. Or get it professionally done by a hairdresser at the salon .Synthetic hair will not be able to style with heat tools due to it highly flammable nature.
If the client request the stylist to provide the hair extensions fees may apply and will only have tape in extensions as the only option. Subject of availability of stock at the contracted warehouse.
Extra Assistance of Hair and Make up stylist:
In cases of large bridal party or 6 people and more , there will be a assistances of either Hair Stylist and/ or Make up artist and there will be extra fee required due to outsources assistances to complete the required time if we see fit.
The client may chose to use this option or not. the client has the right to source other artist if they do not want to use our assistance artists.
Our artist is capable to do max 6 for ether hair or make up but not both in given time.
ALLERGIES AND HYGIENE:
Our artist will always kept in perfect hygiene in presentation and tools
The client should advised allergies to the artist or a patch test will be conducted
In cases client and/ or guest request to use their own products and the price is still the same can not be discounted for that reason. Also the artist will only use disposables to apply the products and will not guarantee the longevity or quality of the work.
Any client and /or guest is ill or contagious but not limited to cold sores open cut wounds and staph infection should be notified immediately and so disposable application will be used and if necessary the artist may refuse the service to keep everything hygienic and safe environment.
PHOTOGRAPHY IMAGES , PRIVACY AND COPYRIGHTS :
As a Hair and Makeup Artist service provider we solely rely on taking a-lot of photographs to i) remember clients hair and make up from the trial ii) post on social media platform iii) display on website platform
We take privacy very seriously , so it is the client responsibility to advise if they would the their photo taken or not so we can respect your privacy
Any Hair or make up service we provide being taken photos by other artist and or company must be credited to us at ether i) instagram or any other social media tag and recognised ii) credited under Mupcity or Mai Nguyen as the hair and make up artist.
The client has the right to provide us with any final product of photos and videos for us in we can able to use responsibly for display on out website or social platform which ever we sees fit.
